Bomberger’s 5 Year Limited Installation Warranty

Bomberger’s guarantees the workmanship of our installed products for a period of five years to the original purchaser. This warranty covers defects in the workmanship performed by Bomberger’s and is non-transferable.

Certain products are warranted by the manufacturer and are covered by a separate warranty. Product warranties must be filed with the respective product manufacturer for claims related to product defects and/or performance; Bomberger’s will help you navigate the claims process.

The Bomberger’s Warranty will only be honored if the claim is filed with Bomberger’s, and the repair is done by Bomberger’s. Reasonable notification and time must be allotted for all warranty repair work. Loss of time, loss of use, loss or damage of contents, rental of substitute facilities, loss of revenues, inconvenience, or any other commercial loss is not covered by this warranty.

This warranty does not cover any modification(s) made to the installed products, even if damage occurs as a result of a workmanship issue. This warranty is void if the product has been abused, neglected, misused, or made to perform beyond the normal use for which the product was intended.

Bomberger’s reserves the right to make the final determination whether the product has been misused or abused by the initial purchaser.
